Founder, Institut für Arbeitslust

I live and work in Stephanskirchen, where I feel extremely comfortable with a view of the Kampenwand. Since March 2018: Founder & Director of the "Institute for Work Pleasure": lectures, seminars and consultancy in the field of leadership and communication with the aim to increase the desire to work with employees and executives! After Quam, I became self-employed as a consultant & trainer: 2002-2018: SueWest Communications: Lectures, seminars & consulting, focus on classic corporate communication topics, over the years more and more leadership topics and topics for personal development. 2001-2002: Director Corporate Communications at Quam (Mobile), a consortium of the Spanish Telefonica & the Finnish Sonera. An exciting time to build up and lead the corporate communications department from scratch. Collaboration with overseas partners, a crazy-fast market development and personally power-focused colleagues was extremely instructive. Here, I came to understand why people can develop frustrations on the job. 1993 to 2000: Founder & CEO of the price agency "Preiswärter", (www.preis.de), initially as a franchisee with 47 partner offices, later backward auction on the Internet. There were many ups and downs during this time. The company grew, was later funded venture capital, did not make an IPO, but I was also not stuck with 1.5 million personally liable debt for my company, which I had in between. First job: Advertising assistant in a Munich company. When I became pregnant with my first daughter I experienced what bullying means by my boss & made me independent. Prior to that: Business studies in Angers, France ("If I already study something boring then at least abroad") and in Ingolstadt (Uni Eichstätt). Grown up in the Bavarian small town Altötting, mostly lived in Bavaria, in between in France and sometimes 8 years in Hamburg (the weather was not for me). Married, 5 children 5 books: "The New Pleasure at Work - How to Achieve Better Benefits", "Simply Confident: The Typology of Female Success", "Corporate Communications in Times of Crisis", "The Successful Startup", "The Ultimate Bargain Guide".
