SVP Success & Services, Customer Experience, SAP

Katrin leads the global Success & Services team for SAP Customer Experience, the fastest growing business unit inside SAP covering front-office suite C/4HANA and business applications for Commerce/Marketing/Service/Sales/Customer Data. Katrin’s team of almost 1400 people ensure our customers' success by accelerating their time-to-value, by helping with their adoption and value realization, and by guiding and supporting them on their transformation and innovation path. Katrin joined SAP in August 2013 through the hybris acquisition, where she signed on as employee #1 in 1999 and was a key driver behind hybris’ fast-paced partner ecosystem growth, its entrepreneurial culture and its international expansion from tech start-up to global market leader. Building up hybris Poland in 2007 (first hybris development location outside Munich), and 3 years in Montreal/Canada starting 2011 to integrate former competitor iCongo, were highlights. In 2013, hybris was one of the highest valued privately-held acquisitions in the enterprise software sector to that date. Today, Katrin still loves to support and coach young entrepreneurs and future leaders, one of which founded a platform for social volunteering (Volunteer World) and was recently named onto the Europe Forbes 30 under 30 list for Social Entrepreneurs. Katrin is also co-chair of the Munich Chapter of SAP’s Business Women’s Network. Katrin holds a university degree in Computer Science and Economics from the Technical University of Munich. She is a devoted parent, a tennis enthusiast, and a trained sommelier.
