Founder & CEO, spottster, Dreitausendsassa UG & vivere GmbH
At the age of 23, right after completing her studies at WHU & Kellogg School of Management and short positions in investment banking and consulting, Freya co-founded her first company out of the parents' living room with a school friend. Their startup spottster, a digital shopping list and market-wide price analysis service, grew to 250,000 users and 6,000 partner shops in 5 countries within 4 years, while Freya was one of the first German founders in the software sector to push the issue of female entrepreneurship in a press-friendly and relentless manner as a lecturer (University of Hamburg, University Aachen, Fresenius University, Makromedia University, Futurepreneurship eV, Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship) and Advisory Board (Hypovereinsbank Women's Council, SKY Play Hub, Presidium of the Dealers' Association, WHU Master in Entrepreneurship Board, Adidas Speedfactory). In the wake of the sale of her startup spottster in beginning of 2018, which was preceded by a closure in the summer of 2017, Freya also made for an open public debate on the subject of risk and failure, which is still strongly stigmatized in society. Today, at 28, Freya has already founded 2 other companies (Dreitausendsassa UG & vivere GmbH) in the field of software development and MedTech and has thus become a serial entrepreneur in the tech sector.
