Executive, Entrepreneur, Co-Founder Andrea Gaal holds both a Liberal Arts Master’s degree from Karl-Franzens University in Graz, Austria, with a focus on linguistics as well as a PhD in International Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Pan-European University, Bratislava, Slovakia. In all professional roles in both academia & business Andrea Gaal has always placed a major emphasis on INNOVATION. Her experience includes International Managing Director roles in DACH, CE & North America with technology & consumer electronics corporations like Sony & Sony Ericsson. During her career she also held key roles with British & American High-Tech Start-Ups. In 2008 she received the ‘Business Woman of the Year Award’ by the Austrian Ministry of Innovation & Infrastructure in the field of Technology & Telecom. In 2018 she was appointed Supervisory Board Member of Raiffeisen Bank International driving Digital Transformation & Data Protection issues. She is also a lecturer at Webster University Vienna’s Business School. Her current research interest is ‘Trust in the Digital Age’ & ‘Profiling in the Big Data Context’, also the focus of a legal tech AI Start-Up with the ambition to apply cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technology like Machine Learning and Computational Linguistics in B2B.
