Agnes started her career in the advertising agency business at J. Walther Thompson in the US and also worked at DDB Needham in Canada with primary focus on automotive advertising. She then joined BMW Canada as Marketing and Public Relations Director and later joined BMW AG in Munich, Germany where she took on responsibility for roles ranging from Director Worldwide Advertising, Director International Exhibitions and Director International Product Information & Partner Training.
In 1996 Agnes entered the IT sector with Compaq Computer in the role of Marketing Director for EMEA Emerging Markets where she was active in business development for many new Compaq start-up offices in the region. Following an appointment as Marketing, E Commerce and CRM Director in Greece, Agnes went on to work at the Compaq Headquarters in Houston where she was the Director of Worldwide Integrated Marketing. In 2002 following the acquisition of Compaq by HP, Agnes returned to Greece where she established a successful consultancy with focus on business development programs, marketing and communications for a number of international and local clients. In 2013 Agnes joined Citrix as the EMEA Senior Director Field, Channel and Alliances Marketing at where she successfully led the EMEA team through a major transformation resulting in significant improvement in resource management, marketing pipeline, and ROI through a focused approach with C-level customers and partners.
Her most recent position was VP Global Field Marketing at Imperva where she successfully aligned Sales teams globally with the central marketing team in the US. Agnes is currently the Senior Director EMEA Marketing at MobileIron responsible for leading the EMEA team to support Sales to grow the business and manage all facets of Marketing and Corporate Communications across the geography.
